Hello Donpuno,

I really like your game, it reminds me of a lot of very good memories on marble madness ^^

But you exploit good ideas like pushing boards to build a path, it adds revival to the genre of the game.

It could be good to use this game in multi and one direction Fall guy :)

Congratulations for this work, (especially for a first game) I will try in due course to finish it but I am very bad haha: D

Hey Gorkhs,

Many thanks for your kind comment.

I checked a video of Marble Madness. Seems like Balls of Steel is a grandchild of it. To be honest, I didn't know MM before you've mentioned it. But I think I will download a kind of Emulator for the Atari, so that I can play it. I'm quite curious how the maker solved the problem of ISO-Metric View controls for the marble.

Good luck on finishing the course :D

Hi DonPuno! wolf here. I thought the idea of the game is very cool! To be honest, this is quite impressive for your first Unity game, nice job! I like the changing terrain types and the towers which damage you. Although the ball was difficult to control, I got used to it. Also, the music was really nice!

Now, idk if the cube bullets are supposed to hurt you more, but they didn't seem to have much of an effect. Also, having a restart button that can take you back to a checkpoint would be really useful. I got stuck in the potholes area with a score of 6507. Having a different text font would be nice as well, but that is up to personal choice. All in all, cool game!

Many thanks for your kind comment Wolf!

The controls are definitely a point for improvement.

Regarding the restart to last checkpoint function sounds interesting. I'll see what I can do to implement that.

Currently it is still the standard text font from Unity's TextMeshPro Compoment. It's good idea to adjust the font, so that it fits the theme "metal" better. Currently it looks a little bit to "round" and standard.

This is my final score! I challenge you to beat it =)
